She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Louis Hays and Marjorie B. Sutherland Hays; her husband Joe Jackson of University's Marching Band; her son Steve Jackson; and her sister Betty Lou Self.
She is survived by: her children, Joe (Sharon), Don (Laural) and Linda; her daughter-in-law Arlene (Steve); and her sister Connie Bickers (Dennis). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Memorials can be made to the Christ Episcopal Church's Outreach committee in Glenrock, Wyoming.
