He was predeceased by : his mother Patsy Lee of Elsie Nebraska. He is survived by : his father Vincent Lee; his wife Ellen; his children, Casey (Tristan), Mitch (Ryan) and Tara; his siblings, Dan, Mike and Susie; and his grandchildren, Ada, Ruby, Bradley, Xavier and Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
