It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Mayo Grossnickle Sr. of Green River, Wyoming, who passed away on July 31, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Emory Grossnickle and Katherine Louise Coon; his brother Dan Grossnickle; and his granddaughter Kristina Hesketh. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Grossnickle (Sandi) of Pueblo, Colorado and John Grossnickle Jr. (Patricia) of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his siblings, Darrel Grossnickle (Sherri) of Pahrump, Nevada and Floy Davis (Wayne) of Cheyenne, Wyoming; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Burchfield, Katie Burchfield, Jacob Birchfield, Ashley Willman, Greg Mayo, Ryne Grossnickle, Drew Grossnickle, Chance Santhuff, Kamren Santhuff and Macey Santhuff; and his great grandchild Everest Santhuff. He is also survived by his family, friends.
