She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Andicochea and Maria Zorrozua; her brothers, Ramon, Jesus, Rafael and Juan Andicoechea; and her nephew JB Andicoechea.
She is survived by: her family Carmen; her husband Luis Salinas of Green River; her children, Yosune Salinas of Green River and Luis Miguel Salinas (Koral) of Green River; her siblings, Jose Ignacio Andicoechea of Rock Springs and Marisol Andicoechea of Busturia, Spain; and her sisters-in-law, Jesusa Felisa Andicoeceha Sanchez of Green River and Milagros Salinas Ugalde of Spain. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The family kindly requests donations be made in Carmen's memory to the Intermountain Annie Taylor Dee Guest House, located at 1124 Oakcrest Dr, Ogden, Utah 84403.
