He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Banks and Mariam Tanner Banks; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Charles and Terri Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Parsons of Green River; his sons, Michael Banks (Sarah) of Green River and Kevin Banks (Lisa) of Green River; his siblings, Gene Banks (Nikki) of Big Piney, Wyoming and Marilyn Charles of Lyman, Wyoming; his brothers-in-law, Gail Parsons and Gary Parsons (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Orin, Kasey, Chad and Katie. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
