He is survived by: his wife Amy Dawn May; his children, Brake, Claire and Elden Scott; his parents, Elden Claron Covington and Arlene Covington; and his brothers, Craig (Teri), Glen (LeeAnn), Brad, Lane (Donna) and Kelly (Nick Griffin).
Viewing was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Green River Stake Center (120 Shoshone Ave, Green River, WY 82935). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Latter-Day Saints Church (120 Shoshone Ave, Green River, WY 82935). A burial was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at the Riverview Cemetery.
