He is survived by : his mother Rose Marie Harper of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his siblings, Harry Clifton Harper (Sheron) of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Barbara Ann Lee (Paul) of Monterey, California; his niece Angi Beauheim (Nathan) of Loveland, Colorado; his nephew Russell Harper (Staci) of Rock Springs, Wyoming; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Devon Harper of Green River, Wyoming, Levi Beauheim of Loveland, Colorado, Lexi Harper of Rock Springs and Ivy Beauheim of Loveland, Colorado..
