He is survived by: his wife Donna Ballard of Laramie; his sons, Duane Ballard and Lester Ballard; his grandchildren, Mariah Ballard Tokkesdal, Devin Ballard, Amani Ballard, Jorell Ballard and Karlon Ballard; his niece Angie Ballard Thomas; and his great-niece Marie Sermon Zumwalt.
