He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Hayes and Ruth Hayes; his former wife Sharon Peterson; his brothers, Irving, Dennis and Donnie; his son Marty; and his granddaughters, Gehuanna and Danielle.
He is survived by: his sister Nita Jean Niblet (Jerry); his children, Tim (Tawny), Cody, Archie and Stephanie; his grandson Colt; his children, Bob Torrington (Jan) of Wyoming, Eric, James, Jeff Rock Springs (Rob) and Rhonda Konrath Walcott (Mike) of Wyoming; his granddaughter Samantha Saavedra (Marcos); his children, Alexia, Daymien, Seth Konrath Hanna (Ann) of Wyoming and Jake Konrath Saratoga (Cassi) of Wyoming; and his grandchildren, Riley, Jaiden, Avery and Coley. He is also survived by Numerous nieces & nephews.
