Debby Lowham Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debby Lowham of Kemmerer, Wyoming, born in Santa Barbara, California, who passed away on November 6, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Millikin and Beverly Lux. She is survived by : her husband Kevin Lowham; her children, Treasure McPherson (John) of Laramie, WY, Jamie Painter (Shaun) of Kemmerer, WY and Brandon Lowham (Rebecca) of Nashville, TN.; and her grandchildren, Breandon, Olivia, Kinzee, Katelyn, Gracee, Noah and Savannah. She is also survived by her three sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
