He was predeceased by: his grandchild Jerry Williams. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Susanne Hess (Sue); his children, Clorice Evonne Walton, Cyrena Lou Devitt, Taunia Lee Berg and Frankie Robert Williams Jr.; his grandchildren, Chase Hall, Abby Hall, Elizabeth Reynolds, Michael Williams, Victoria Williams, Zachary Berg, Cedessa Sotoberg and Tyrel Berg; his great grandchildren, Elyria Berg and Axel Berg; and his siblings, Cindy Meyer and Tom Hess. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Legion Post 55 honor guard detail at American Legion Post 55 921 Pine Avenue Kemmerer, WY 83101.
