He is survived by: his mother Carol Mae Carroll Born; his siblings, Linda Lee Slovernick (Joe) of Kemmerer Wyoming, Brian Lynn Rasmussen of Washington and Christopher Shane Carroll (Heather) of Idaho; his son Richie Ray Carroll (Mikayla) of Utah; and his nephews, Scott Wesley Harris of Kemmerer and Kyle Kae (Kayla Harris).
