It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Irene Dutcher of Lander, Wyoming, born in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Irene Brown and Harry Brown. She is survived by : her husband Steve Dutcher; her children, Brenda Blasko, Ryan Dutcher, Britt Dutcher and Erin Knightner; and her grandchildren, Taylor Blasko, Lea Blasko, Joseph Blasko, Grayson Gardner and Avery Knightner.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Museum of the American West (1445 W Main St, Lander, WY 82520).
