It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Candace Widman (Lander, Wyoming), who passed away on December 5, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack L. Dowdy and Mariam A. Dowdy (Crandall). She is survived by: her children, Mark G. Fagan (Deb) of Texas, Max L. Hawk of Riverton, Wyoming and Alicia L. Masson (Bert) of Florida; and her sister Cindy Dowdy of Arizona. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 10:00 PM at the Trinity Episcopal Church (860 S 3rd St, Lander, WY 82520).
