He was predeceased by : his father Chuck Amadio; and his uncles, Dennis Amadio, Paul Amadio, Richard Johnson and Neal Johnson.

He is survived by : his mother Barbara Amadio; his sister Megan; and his aunts, Lou Ann Miller (Bart), Nikki Amadio (Dennis) and Mary Johnson (Neal). He is also survived by son cousins; and the Steensland family.
