He was predeceased by : his parents, Dale F. Miller (Ruth Miriam Rosselit) and Allen. He is survived by : his sister Martha E. Stensaas of Lander, Wyoming; and his aunts, Catherine Miller of Delphos and Anne Miller of Delphos. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
