She was predeceased by : her parents, Andrew Joseph Bernard and Mary Rose Bernard (Brelih); her husband Henry Joseph May of Laramie; her sons, Henry Joseph Jr. and Lewis Andrew; and her grandson Samuel Alexander May.

She is survived by : her daughters, Mary Wells (Tim) of Lander and Bernadette Mitchell (John) of Bainbridge Island, Washington; and her grandchildren, Jenni Brennan (Collin), Jacob Wells, Stephanie Ezra (Eyal), Elizabeth May and Rose Mitchell. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
