John leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. John’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew John will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Barnard and Margaret Barnard; his daughter Toni; and his grandson Matthew. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Barnard of Lander; his children, Joni of Lander, Robin (Hal) of Tucson, Arizona and John of Kirkland, Washington; his grandchildren, Ken (Veronica), Rena (Bryan) and Frances; and his brother Frank (Vi) of Powell, Wyoming.. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Family Residence (301 Rosewood Ave, Lander, WY 82520).
