He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ann Cusenbary; his father-in-law Archie Cusenbary; his stepchildren, Michael Steven Calvert (Doreen), Fred Bradley Calvert (Shawna) and Pamela Lorene (David); his grandchildren, Brooke, Alicia Lybarger, Kevin Calvert, Jake Calvert, Brittany Gunn (Brad), Jeannie Henley, Caleb Elder (Nicole) and Kimberly Wendelborn; his great grandchild Gavin; and his brother Don Calvert. He is also survived by his three children, eight grandchildren, eleven GREAT-grandchildren.
