She is survived by: her children, Carrie Jo Calvert, Louis Derby and Courtney Derby; her grandchildren, Amanda, Jeremy and Courtney; her great grandchildren, Trey, Gauge, Genevieve, Hannah, Sierra, Ellis and Blake; her great great grandchildren, Natalie and Jameson; and her granddaughter Jacklynn.
