He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Reed; his daughters, Heather Reed (Cody) and Holly Reed (Kyle); his siblings, Mike Reed of Hardin, Montana, Darwin "Buck" Reed (Teresa) of Gouverneur, Elaine Snider (Norm) of Midland, Michigan, Mary Jo VanBocxlaer (Steve) of Shields, Michigan, Jeff Reed (Candy) of St. Louis, Michigan, Greg Reed (Colleen) of Hemlock, Michigan, Dave Reed (Debbie) of Lander, Wyoming, Ken Reed of Lander, Wyoming and Gary Reed (Cindy) of Lander, Wyoming; his sister-in-law Barbara J. Halldorson; his parents-in-law, John Jones and Cheryl Jones (Hornecker) of Lander, Wyoming; his siblings-in-law, Katie Bingaman (Jeremy) of Lander, Wyoming and Brian Jones (Jen) of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and his pet Diesel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
