He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Foster and Mildred Vance Foster (Vance). He is survived by : his daughter Rose Lynne (Michael) of Ukiah, CA; his wife Audrey Marie Rippenkroeger; his children, Barbara Hedges (Darrell) of Yuma, AZ, Christina Vandeventer (Cecil) of Douglas, WY and Ray Foster (Sharon) of Canyon Lake, TX; and his siblings, Earlene Capps (Mike) and Roy Foster (Mona). He is also survived by 10 grand children and 12 great grandchildren.
