He is survived by: his children, Dustin Platt (Jennifer) and Stephanie Platt (Vanessa); his brother Gary Platt (Louise); his grandchildren, Daxton, Jasmine and Danalee; and his sibling's children, Chris Platt (Alesha) and Katie Hall (Jonathan).
