He was predeceased by: his parents, Carolyn Earnshaw and Leslie Earnshaw; his wife Jean LaFleiche; and his children, Doug and Leanne.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Earnshaw (Debbie) and Gail May (Dave). He is also survived by 8 grand children and 8 great grandchildren.
In college, Dave and Jean were involved with Wesley Student Foundation and later Dave became an avid folk dancer, and enjoyed helping Jean with her quilt patterns.
