He was predeceased by: his stepfather Al Roberts (Tiki); and his grandparents, Frank, Rose Saputo, Vito and Eve Palumbo.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Riley, Darian, Austin, Sierra, Tyson Smith, Kyle Smith (Briana) and Aubrey; his wife Pam Saputo; his parents, Carmella Roberts (late Al) and Pete Saputo (Elaine Mitchell); his siblings, Joe Saputo (Jana), PJ Saputo and Ali Hayes (Shawn); and his extended family, Stacey Nordstrom (Garth), Nancy Willson, Dave Mitchell (Cathy) and Lisa DeWindt (Leo). He is also survived by his family—especially his grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites those who wish to honor Jon's memory to make a donation to the WyCo Volunteer Fire Department in care of WYCO VFD Associates Inc.
