He is survived by: his parents, Jim Noel and Bonnie Noel; his sisters, Kelsey Noel and Andrea Senior (Joel); his nephew Ryder Senior (Lottie); his nieces, Reese Senior and Angi Rawlins (Sage); and his brother Brian French.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First Christian Church (2130 E Garfield St, Laramie, WY 82070).
