He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Perkins and Gladys Perkins; his wife Patricia Murphy; his son Ronald Scott; his siblings, Chester, Dewey, Wanda, Betty and Joyce; and his children-in-law, Dave Gallegos, Maria and Summer.
He is survived by: his children, David (Monica) of Cheyenne, Dorie (Dave Gallegos) of Laramie, Mark (Renay) of Laramie and Steve of Laramie; his grandchildren, Kathleen Callahan (Justin) of Knoxville, TX, Kellie Johnson (Colt) of Laramie, Kevin Gallegos (Lanna) of Laramie, John Gallegos of Laramie, Grant Perkins (Arianna) of Laramie, David Perkins of South Dakota and Austin Sloan of Gilbert, AZ; his great grandchildren, Paxton Gallegos, Maxwell and William Perkins; and his siblings, George of Missouri, Louise of Missouri, Virginia of Missouri, Irene of Missouri, Arlene of Missouri and Alice of Kansas. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
