He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Baker and Ester Baker; and his father-in-law Donald Kalinay. He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne Kalinay Baker; his children, Angela Griffin (Richard) of Laramie and Robert of Marysville, Washington; his grandchildren, Elijah Carter, Kaleb Griffin, Corey Baker-Estright, Bradley, Kayli Griffin, Lorraine Baker and Sylvia McWilliams; and his sisters, Vicky Killingbeck (Martin) of Winchester, Virginia and Julie Langley of Port Tobacco. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, sisters in law and brothers in law.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Army Emergency Relief, the Laramie Moose Lodge, or Laramie Hospice.
