He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Mathews and Jean Mathews; and his sister Linda Gaudette. He is survived by: his wife Terry Mathews; his children, Joe (Chelsie Mathews) and Chrissy Mathews (Travis Collins); and his siblings, David Mathews, Steven Mathews (Geri) and Susan Mathews. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
