He is survived by: his spouse Sherrill Anne Cotton; his children, Jo Marie Paintin (James), Tim Rodriguez (Sue) and Amy Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Jenifer Paintin, J. R. Paintin and J. D. Paintin (Kimberly); and his brother Sam Rodriguez (Nan). He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
