With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theodore Richard Pena of Laramie, Wyoming, who passed away on February 5, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Epemeno "Pima" Pena and Soledad "Sally" Pena (Rodriguez); and his siblings, Thelma Pena and Steve Pena. He is survived by : his wife Kim Atkinson-Pena of Laramie; and his children, Steven Pena, Annette Pena, Nathaniel Pena and Casey Atkinson. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
