He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl and Genevieve; his granddaughter Shailynne; and his brother Roy Manning. He is survived by: his brothers, Warren Manning (Judy) of Douglas and Harry Manning (Veletia) of Loveland, Colorado; his children, Kim McCutcheon (Bill) of Fort Collins, Colorado and Don Manning of Joplin, Missouri; his stepdaughter Brandi McCloud of Wyoming; and his grandchildren, Sunni Linse (Jake) of Gillette, Shanda Manning of Joplin, Tyler Lauck (Liz) of Wheatland, Kristny Martinez (Jose) of Oklahoma City and Cooper Lauck of Cheyenne, Wyoming. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the choice of the donor would be appreciated by the family.
