He was predeceased by : his parents, James Robert and Alma Mae McGowen; and his wife Lorna Ann. He is survived by : his children, Larry Cooley, Curtiss Cooley (Kay), Linda Williams (Danny) and Woodrow Lowe (Sandra). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
