He was predeceased by : his parents, Rex Frost Birch and Viola Agnes Staley Birch; and his daughter Jill Kenney. He is survived by : his wife Glenys Maxfield; his daughters, Celeste Berg (Jim) of Lyman, WY and Lisa Bradshaw (Troy) of Lyman, WY; his son-in-law Mark Kenney of St. George, UT; his sister Dixie Birch; and his niece Christene Grant (Montana) of Colstrip. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
