He was predeceased by: his niece Mindy Johnson; and his grandfather Terry Horrocks. He is survived by: his parents, Terrie Sue Stevens and Tom Stevens; his grandmother Margie Horrocks (Lyman); and his siblings, Tiffany M. Johnson (California), Heidi Sweeney (Lyman), Crystal Stevens (Lyman), Ashley Stevens (Kemmerer) and Tommy Stevens (South Dakota).
