With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harmon Lloyd Franks of Manderson, Wyoming, born in Lovell, Wyoming, who passed away on June 29, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Buelah Franks and Harmon Dewey Franks; his sister Francis Thomas; and his wife Jane Luicille Franks. He is survived by : his sisters, Barbara Hossman of Denver and Beverly Moody of Gillette; his children, Weston Franks (Ed Bohle) of Billings, Wendy Brown (Roger) of Casper and Wynette Culp (Kevin) of Worland; and his grandchildren, Daniel Culp (Erin), Jonathan Brown (Sarah), Trenton Culp (Anna), Christina Frausto (Joseph), Ashlyn Culp (Tyler Dahl) and Rachael Brown. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great granchildren.
