He is survived by: his wife Alberta Shaffer; his daughters, Nicole Shaffer, Kara Glandt and Stephanie Dumbrill; his sister Joanne Whitaker; his grandchildren, Brandon Ryan, Bryan Boatman, Dona Shaffer, Samantha Shaffer, Stefen Shaffer and Chrystal Shaffer; and his great grandchildren, Serene, Emily Wallace, Wreika Yates, Zoie and Zackary Ryan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
