He is survived by : his daughter Kayla Marie Thorne; his son-in-law John Jesse Flores of Nashville Tennessee; his grandchildren, Norah, Fern, Ivy of Nashville Tennessee, Luke Kaziah and Bayze of Nashville Tennessee; his sons, Donovan Ray Russell of Casper Wyoming and Brother Don Thorne (Sue) of Mills Wyoming; his nieces, Whitney Ponce (Damian) of Casper Wyoming and Kelsey Reinhard (Michael) of Colorado; his sister-in-law Gina Smith (Dean) of Colorado; and his nephew William Thorne (Amber) of Colorado.
