He is survived by: his children, William R. Tanner (Sylvia) of Midlothian, VA, Patricia A. Love of Seaside, OR, Mary Ellen Spann (Calvin) of Lyman, WY, Lynda R. Sidwell of Mt. View, WY and Laurie E. Johnson (Dean) of South Jordan, UT. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 21 great-great grandchildren.
