It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alberta Hando of Newcastle, Wyoming, who passed away on September 21, 2025, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Alberta leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Alberta may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Fall and Olive Fall; her husband Joe Hando; her children, Ronald Hando and Linda Templeman; and her grandson Jason Hando.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Laurence of Newcastle, WY and Richard Hando (Dana) of Newcastle, WY; and her brothers, Alvin Fall of Newcastle, WY and Jack Fall (Wendy) of Moorcroft, WY.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Meridian Mortuary (111 S Railroad Ave, Newcastle, WY 82701).
