She was predeceased by: her parents, Delworth R. Mattice and Sylvia P. Mattice; her husband John Ertman; and her sons, John Lee Ertman and Clay Timothy Ertman.
She is survived by: her son Ted Ertman (Marty); and her grandchildren, Adam, Lee, Cody, Amanda, Jessica and KC. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
The family respectfully requests that memorials be made to the Friends of the Fair for the upkeep of the Clay Ertman Memorial.
