She is survived by: her sons, Roy Allen Jr. Cummings (Florence) of Edgemont, SD and Jared Dean Cummings (Nicole) of Newcastle, WY.; her grandchildren, Aaliyah Banks, Zoi Rodriguez, Keondre Cummings, Skyler Cummings, Amesha Cummings, Aiden Cummings, Kenyan Cummings and Kyrstalyn Cummings; her great grandchild Eliana Hernandez; and her siblings, Edward Smith (Lori), Timothy Smith, Jefferey Smith (Patty), Sandra Schumn (Mark), Nolan Smith (Beth), Gary Smith, Clyde Smith (Melissa) and Vickie Smith (Patrick).
