She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chandler Joslyn and Aldean Shirley Joslyn (Davis); her husband Preceding; and her siblings, Josephine Lawson, Francis Joslyn (Bud), Geraldine Reardon, Richard Joslyn, Sr., James V. Joslyn (Pete), Gertrude Lytle, Jack Joslyn and Herbert Chandler Joslyn (Billy).
She is survived by: her former husband William Davis Boulden; her daughters, Billie Ann Reed (Larry) of Douglas, Jeri Cay Lampert (Owen) of Riverton and Kelli Jo Carmichael (Deo) of Casper; her sister-in-law Frances VanBuren of Newcastle; her nieces and nephews, Kristen Morrow (Brian) of Austin, TX, Brendon Reed (Jamie) of Westminster, CO, Autumn Ostlund (PJ) of Douglas, WY, Jared Carmichael (Marie) of Murray, UT, Danielle Heaton (Dain) of Casper, WY, Tyler Lampert (Megan) of Cheyenne, WY and Trevor Lampert (Lauren) of Rapid City, SD.; and her great grandchildren, Jordyn Heaton, Ethan Heaton, Bennett Morrow, Noah Morrow, Luke Morrow, Reed Ostlund, Riley Ostlund, Joslyn Carmichael, Madisyn Carmichael, Quinn Reed, Sofia Reed, Will Lampert, Jack Lampert, Cooper Lampert and Logan Lampert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and friends.
