He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernard Mills and Juanita Mills; his sisters, Pamela Steveson and Debra Mills; and his mother-in-law Janice Dummer.
He is survived by: his wife Deb; his children, Jennifer Ullery (Carl Deviney) of Glenrock and Ryan Mills (Brandi) of Daniel; his grandchildren, Braeden Ullery (Aubrey Boynton) of Douglas, Tyce Mills, Shaye Mills and Rory Mills of Daniel, Wyoming; and his brothers, Mike Mills (Janell), Richard Mills and Clayton Mills. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family asks that memorials be made to Mayo Clinic for cancer research.
