It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Struempf of Pavillion, Wyoming, who passed away on December 30, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Eugene McCown and Oleta May McCown (Freeman); her husband Ben Struempf; her son Jim Struempf; her half-sister Leona Cox; and her brother Eugene McCown.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Struempf (Judy), Larry Struempf (Sara), Deb Struempf, Sandy Trierweiler (Pat) and Kathy Cooper (Tony); her grandchildren, Angela Denke (Richard), Renee Gomez-Montes (Michael), Curt Cooper, Nicole Cooper, Dylan Cooper, Christina Clementz (Josh), Shelly Trierweiler, Ashlee Langston, Raven Struempf, Emmet Blake, Ambrose Blake, Nathan Rogers (Marissa) and Jessi Struempf; and her siblings, Jack McCown (Carol) and Susie Pine (Jim). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
