He is survived by: his children, Kristan Lock (Alden) and Anthony Howard (Teresa); his grandchildren, Kelsie, Kortnie, Kassidy, Kaleb and Kodie; his brother Buddy Howard (Paula); and his sister-in-law Cheryl Pettus. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
