He is survived by: his father-in-law Robert Henry Hays; his wife Darla Hays; his sons, Dale Hays and Derek Collins; his grandchildren, Dlynn, Logan, Kalynn, Colter, Emilio, Nayomi and Serenity; his great grandchild Wrenleigh Collins; and his siblings, Patricia, Mary, Christine, Ronald, Gregory and Wendy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
