He is survived by: his mother DeeAnn Heward Marshall; his wife Vicky Marshall; his son Ryker Marshall; his stepsons, Levi Rutledge and Jacob Rutledge (Mariah); his granddaughters, Sophie, Athena, Kambri and Paislee; and his sisters, Joanne Mentaberry, Elaine Wohlfarth and Bonnie Gay Whitesides (Christian). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
