He was predeceased by: his parents, Hamilton Swift Warnock and Ruby Case; his wife Cherie Bosch; and his grandson Stuart Hamilton Warnock II. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Mathew Renner Warnock (Kathleen) of Wichita Falls, Texas, John Lance Warnock (Sheri) of Cañon City, Colorado, Kristine Brown (Michael) of Cañon City, Colorado and Stuart Hamilton Warnock (Nancy) of Pinos Altos. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
