She was predeceased by: her mothers, J. O. Rogers and Patsy Rogers; and her granddaughter Lauren Vannatta. She is survived by: her husband Mike Forman of Powell, WY; her children, Corey Forman of Powell, WY, Haley Vannatta (Brian Levin) of Billings, MT and Abbey Fried (Andy) of Sheridan, WY; her sisters, Linda Phillips (Ollie) of Richardson, TX and Phyllis Cuesta (Gary) of Oklahoma City, OK; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Caden, Luke Vannatta, Olivia, Joshua and Macy Fried. She is also survived by her family, friends.
In honor of Lois' memory, in lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Camp Bethel (1710 US-14 E Shell, WY 82441).
